FAQ
When will my order arrive ?
During checkout, you will be able to see the estimated delivery date for each item. Usually the packages are delivered within 4 to 10 working days within India.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. It's important to keep in mind that the estimated delivery date is an estimate and not a guarantee as it can be affected by extreme weather conditions, National holidays, etc.
How do I track my package ?
Upon the shipment of your order, an email confirmation with tracking details will be sent to you.
Alternatively, you can track your order by accessing the Order History section under My Account. Simply click on any order number to view comprehensive order details, including the tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number will directly take you to the shipping carrier’s website, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment(s).
If you don't have a Mod Maven account yet, you can easily set one up under My Account. However, if you prefer not to create an account, you can still track your order by entering the order number, email address, and billing postal code under Track Your Order.

Do you provide gift packaging services?
We are delighted to offer gift packaging services for your purchases. If you wish to avail of this option, please leave a note during the checkout process.

When and how can I return a package ?
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customersupport@modmaven.in or initiate a return by selecting the respective order from the "Order history" tab. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following Return Address : 1303, Block B, NCC Nagarjuna Premier, Rose Garden, 6th Phase, JP Nagar, 560078, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What is the processing time for refunds ?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days from your date of return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I exchange my order ?
You can apply for an exchange for your order within 10 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes. Exchanges can only be done for the same products in a different size. It cannot be exchanged for another design in the same product category or against any other product across our website.
What steps should I take if my payment is unsuccessful ?
If you encounter a payment failure, kindly make another attempt while considering the following:
- Verify the accuracy of the information provided, including account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking). Ensure that your internet connection remains stable throughout the process.
- In the event of a debit to your account despite the payment failure, the amount is typically reimbursed to your bank account within 10 business days. For additional assistance or clarification, please feel free to reach out to us via email at customersupport@modmaven.in
How can I cancel the order I've placed ?
Navigate to the "My Account" section in the main menu of the website. If you are using your mobile, navigate to the hamburger button on top left corner of your screen. Go to the bottom left of your screen and you will find "My Account". If you have not logged in, please login and then navigate to your orders.
Then choose the specific order you wish to cancel. Please note that the 'Cancel' option is only accessible before your order is dispatched. If you encounter any difficulties, kindly reach out to us via email at customersupport@modmaven.in and we'll assist you promptly.
How to place an order ?
- Explore our range of products in the Mod Maven Store. Once selected, choose the appropriate size if applicable, with our size chart available for reference.
- Click the 'Add to Cart' button to include the chosen items in your cart.
- Navigate to the cart icon on the top right after adding all desired products. You can then confirm your order by clicking 'Checkout.'
- At this point, you can either log in with your existing Mod Maven account or proceed as a 'New User' to create one.
- Upon completion, proceed to checkout, verify your shipping address, and select your preferred payment method. Confirm your order by clicking 'Place Order.'
How can I confirm the successful placement of my order?
Upon successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS/WhatsApp containing the details of your order along with your unique order ID. Another email and SMS/WhatsApp notification will be sent once your order is dispatched. Now, all that's left to do is sit back, relax, and await the arrival of your fantastic product(s)!
